About How I Eat

This site is dedicated to slow food.

I’ve been wanting to put this together for some time. I never follow recipes too closely and I never write anything down. As a result I can never tell anyone how I did anything.

The second and actually more important reason is to help me make better meals. The best way to do this is to keep notes on what worked and what did not.

The posts are a diary of sorts of the food I make and share with my friends.

Hey Tony! I finally had a chance to check out your blog – the recipes look great! I made the Leeky Kale last night and it was very tasty.

Congratulations to you & Kim! Kids are wonderful (pregnancy? eh, not so much) and you guys will be fab parents. I’ll check back with you next summer to see if you still have time to be making pickles.

Hope all is well at work… once in a while I miss it, then again, eh, not so much. Trish
